Use Visio Professional 2013

I just purchased a Macbook Air. I have my own small business and was considering purchasing Office 365. I heard that it was going to include ability to use MS Visio and MS Project for Mac users. I must be able to use these two apps, not comparable software. Can I do this without parallels? Or am i hosed...
