mac desktop frozen blue screen
Need help with frozen blue screen during start up. I have Mac Desktop. Any ideas please?
Are you really having problems with a mac that is running OS9, OS8 or System 7?
Please tell us exactly what Mac you have?

Try booting in Safe Mode. Power down the Mac, wait 10 seconds, reboot the system... when you hear the system chime, hold down the shift key. Don't press the shift key before the chime, just after you hear it. Release the shift key once the Apple logo appears.
To leave Safe Mode, just restart your Mac but don't hold the shift key down during the boot process.
