I phone Is water damaged with small crack on screen. It is placed in rice now to try and drain the water inside the phone. Any help/tips? Thanks.

Depending on how much water got into the phone, this might not work, even if you leave it there for one week.
Think about getting an Out-Of-Warranty-Service replacement:
