Calendar and Contact won't start

Running Mavericks Server.

Calendar and Contacts won't start. Logs give me this:

05/03/2015 09:11:04.337 com.apple.launchd[1]: (com.apple.DeviceManagement.postgres[8493]) Exited with code: 1

This is also causing in problem in not letting me move the Service Data to a new volume. I get an error saying that it can't find the original folders for calendars.

I'm thinking some plists or db files have got corrupted somewhere. I've tried trashing the /Library/Server/Contacts and Calendars folder, to no avail.
