Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
When my mailbox is open and it refreshes at the bottom it says updated Tuesday. But today is Thursday! The only way to get it to state that is currently updated as to reboot my iPhone 6.

Is the Date & Time set correctly on your iPhone? See Settings > General > Date & Time
I Just got it corrected but not sure why it worked. I went to my mail accounts and in my exchange acct, I turned off mail as I use exchange for calendars and contacts. I went back to the mail and it updated each time it loaded mail.
