Is it possible to restore from iTunes back up if we set up iphone 6 plus as new phone with a new apple id?

Is it possible to restore from iTunes back up if we set up iphone 6 plus as new phone with a new apple id without having traces or information from the previous Apple id?

Details:

I'm an iPhone user for the last 8 years and have an apple id, for illustration say idA. Now, I purchased a Mac and an iPhone 6 plus. I have registered Mac with a new id - idB. I would like to set up the iphone 6 plus with idB. I have succeeded in doing so but when I restored from the back up that is under the old id - idA - the phone is automatically set up in the old id - idA. How can I or is there a way to restore the new phone from iTunes back up without the phone being automatically associated to the old id.

Thank you in advance for the help.
