iOS 8.1.3 update didn't fix snything

as far as I am concerned iOS 8.1.3 update fixed NOTHING. the Hands Free link doesn't work correctly, aka it connects and disconnects repeatedly during phone calls, the sound quality is terrible most of the time when connected in this mode as well. The volume randomly changes on this phone too and I have the noise cancellation thing turned off. Websites take forever to load, even when on wifi. Come on Apple, fix this. I've done a full blown factory reset three times now And it still hasn't helped. I've aldo called Honda's hands free link and they can't help. Totally disgusted here.
