how i unlock my apple iphone 5s in thier have an apple id or icloud id but i don't have that id and that is not open my apple id or icloud id waht i do ?

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1.2, apple id icloud

Where did you buy this phone? It sounds like you need to take it back where you bought it and get them to remove the lock.
