Apple ID security questions reset

I forgot the security questions of my Apple ID and without giving them Apple won't allow me to reset them. I contacted the support and they are also asking me to provide the security questions first to reset them. Sadly this account was used to link to an iPad I purchased and I am now not able to deregister it! I know the password for the Apple ID . Totally depressed with Apple support

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.

Hi Niel,

I tried the first one and contacted them, they ask for the security questions to reset the security questions!! Pretty weird! but thanks for the second form. I have submitted it . Hope they get back with a positive reply :-(
