My Apple ID is still disable

What have you done so far to try and enable it ? Have you reset the password by going tohttp://appleid.apple.comand clicking on 'reset your password' ? And after doing that have you logged out of your account on any iOS devices that you have by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store (Settings > Store on iOS 5 and below) and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on them ?

If that hasn't fixed it then contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
