Stop payments and cancel iCloud upgrade

hi, just wondering how I cancel my icloud upgrade? I upgraded to 20g of storage and every month they send me an email to keep it downgrade, I no longer need it, but when I click on the downgrade link it points me directly to the iCloud home page with no additional instructions. I've trued to write to them to stop taking payments out and I have had no response. All help appreciated.
