The replacement of my mac screen will take 2 months or so! Is the delay acceptable?

There's a thin red vertical line that appeared on the left part of the screen of my mac. So, I brought it to the service center a week ago. I learned today that the repair will take 2 months or so because apparently, there's is shipping problem regarding the spare part needed to fix my mac due to government policy. Is the delay acceptable
