HI,

recently i received a message over AppStore that my account is deactivated due to security reasons. So I changed my id and password and everything worked perfectly.

UNfortunately i I have couple of apps need to. Be updated (kaw and Fifa 2015) and each time I try to update them the old app ID appears asking for password and when I put the password again it is mentioned that it is deactivated.

how ow can I update these 2 apps since I have accounts on them more than 2 years old and don't wamy to loose them and is it possible to transfer app from old AppStore id to new AppStore Id

many thanks

iPad, iOS 8.1.3

Did you update your existing account to have a new primary email address on it, or did you create a new iTunes account ? You can't transfer any downloads/purchases from one account to another account, so if you created a new account then you will have to get your old account re-enabled to be able to download updates to those apps, only that account can download updates to them.

Depending upon what you did (created a new account or updated your existing account) then you might be able to re-enable the account via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'

You might then need to log out of your account on your iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it.

If that doesn't fix it then contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
