Remote app
Can not control device. Can use menu and tap to select function but not swipe up/down/left or right. Any ideas. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times. This app needs serious help from apple support.

haven't had issues with it on any of mine ios devices
you don't mention which ios version and device and version of remote app you use
