iPhone 5 screen lifted
Screen of my iPhone 5 has lifted. I think the battery has swollen up. If I change the battery, can I fix the screen like normal again?

iPhone 5, iOS 8.1.1
No. Once the battery is swollen, the only thing that can be done is replace it. Take it to the Apple Store and ask them to examine it.
What do you mean, fix like normal again? Have you fixed the screen before? Did someone else fix it? If so, who?
There are no user-serviceable parts on an iPhone.
