Turn off bluetooth authentication code

How can i turn off the bluetooth authentication code when i'm trying to pair a device? I don't want to put the code every time i'm connecting a new device via bluetooth. I've got iMac with Yosemite.

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)
