Sometimes the camera app does not work

I bought my iPhone 6 in December in the US.

Brought to Brazil and found that the camera app sometimes stops working. The Apple from Brazil said that it is covered by the warranty.

However I can't schedule in the Rio de Janeiro Apple store to take it to repair. what can I do?

I'm afraid of losing the warranty just because the is no schedule in the Apple Store.
