How do I sync my iPad TABS with my Windows PC using Firefox, Chrome or Safari??

I have a Windows PC and wish to continue browsing where I have left off on my iPad, is there a way to do this?

I understand that I am able to sync bookmarks but wish to sync tabs.

Any help would be useful regarding the problem.
