Is your email account IMAP or POP3? If it is POP3, you cannot do that.

If it is IMAP, that can be handled in the account settings. If you do not

know which type it is, ask your email provider or post the name here and

someone may know. Some providers offer both types, and you just have to

choose IMAP and set it up properly. The web-site for your email provider

should provide the proper settings.
