syncing contacts and callender iphone and Outlook

My Outlook and iphone 5 (IOS 8.1.3) contacts and calendar used to sync but they have stopped how do I fix this. The lap top is running Outlook 2013 on Windows 7. iTunes and the iphone operating system are the latest versions.
