Placement of additional memory for IMac

I have a mid 2010 IMac, running Yosemite and I'm upgrading the memory.

Here's my question:

I have a pair of 2G and a pair of 4G; 4 spots total; is there an optimal placement? For example, place the pair of 4G towards the glass? etc? Obviously, the pairs go next to each other.

Thanks

iMac (21.5-inch Mid 2010), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.1)

No, it doesn't matter. Just so they are paired together, i.e 2 with 2 and 4 with 4.
