I deleted the app a few months ago and I decided to reuse it again but I can't find it at the Mac App Store. The app is still on my computer but I just can't open it since it is corrupted.

You can take care of that by reinstalling OS X. The reason is because it is part of the operating system and in order to have it installed properly, the entire operating system needs to be reinstalled. The steps to do that are in the article below and will work for both OS X Yosemite and Mavericks
