Deleted Messages

I moved my text messages to a Word Document via CopyTrans a couple days ago. Just deleted them by accident.

Can I move them back to my phone as text messages?
Or, is there another way anyone knows to retrieve them? Phone has not been backed up in a couple of weeks, restore is not an option.
