My LCD screen is broken i dont know

My Iphne 5 screen seems to have some very weird coloured lines and random circles that appear from time to time, afterwards distorting the whole image, and it has not fallen to the floor yet, so I have no idea where this is coming from. What should I do?? What can it be? thank you so much.

pd. Has this happened to any of you ?
