having trouble with my iPad. the battery won't charge. I have tried to give it a hard boot but that didn't help also I went into general setting and reset it that way but iPad still won't charge. Helpppp I am desperate what should I do? Thank you in advance for anyone's help in this matter. Sashi

Have you tried a different charger?
YYes we tried 3 different wires in 3different spots in the house.
I suggest you take it in for testing.
