I can't reset my security question !

hello there ,

I Have problem in my account . I chang my country and i charge ituns card that was ok .

but when i tried to buy app , it ask me about my security answers ! But i forgot it 😕

i tried to go this link https://appleid.apple.com/account/home

i can't reset it !

there is no choice to choose reset security question >> see the pic

the version number of my operating system is ipad : ios 8.1.3

so plz help me 😟

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.

Nobody on these boards can reset your security questions for you. Unless you're desperate, you need to ask Apple to do it.
