Q: I my computer fried?

My screen pixillated and then went dead. I reset the SMC holding the shift, control, option but my screen still comes up blue with a green apple and then goes white.

Mac OS X (10.6.4)

    You don't say what Mac you have - but that does sound like a bad graphics module.  Take ti to an Apple store genius bar and have the techs run their diagnostic tests to see exactly what is failing.  They can estimate repair charges so you can make decisions on how best to proceed.
