I have calendars in a section labeled On My Mac and am unable to merge those local calendars with iCloud.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

Hello usaed,

Yes, merging them is not possible, but you could simply edit the events of your local calendar and just move them to your preferred iCloud calendar.
