How do I report Safari ransomware to Apple?

I visited a malicious website that locked Safari into a ransomware loop, which greyed out almost all menu items.

I was able to get out of that by quitting Safari and holding down the Shift button while I reopened Safari.

I'm using Yosemite 10.10.2, Safari 8.0.3, and all the latest Apple updates.

So I'm curious, does Apple want to be notified of these attacks so they can harden Safari, and if so

what is the official way of contacting them? It would be odd if they want me to pay them $30, and I'm

unable to find any report link on Google similar to the reportphishing email that Apple has.

Okay thanks.

iMac (27-inch Late 2009), OS X Yosemite (10.10.2), Safari 8.0.3
