Yes. It will run Yosemite. I recommend you upgrade to 8 GB of RAM as just 4 GB has given some users minimal performance.

The computer you have could use up to 32GB RAM upgrade.
The hard disk drive could be upgraded to a larger capacity.
However if you upgrade the system, certain older applications
will not directly work; replacements may need to be purchased.
And older version of third-party software may not work.
