facetime problems with audio

I am trying to set up my Mac Mini to use FACETIME. The camera/mic have worked perfectly well for SKYPE. But my FACETIME connections do not have proper AUDIO results. The VIDEO is fine, except for the sync.

OS X Yosemite (10.10.2), Mac Mini (mid 2011)
