Hi all, I've been emptying shed loads of 'sent' mail, but they have all been moved to the trash bin.
Instead of transferring them by the column load, is it possible to bulk erase them?

I'm not sure if you are using iCloud Mail with the web interface or within the Mail App, but it sounds like you want to select all of some mail and delete it.
Would Select All (command - a) work for you?
Select all items in a window: Click a window to make it active, then press Command (⌘)-A.
Select all then delete.

Hi Nubz, I had noticed that the bulk of my mail was in the 'Sent' tray. On Thursday, there were about 1700+. It took a good while to trash them. but then had to empty the trash tray. I'lll certainly give your suggestion a try. Watch this space!
Note to self: Empty sent tray regularly..
