Need help with backing up phone.

I need to download my photos and backup my old phone so that I can transfer everything to my new phone. I am getting a message that my storage is full.

iPhone 5, iOS 8.0.2

Hi rakishchick,

I see that your iCloud storage is full, but you wish to be able to back up your iPhone. Here is an article about managing your iCloud storage:

Alternatively, you could always back up your iPhone to iTunes:

Best option is to do a back up on your computer via iTunes, then restore the backup to the new iPhone. I hope this helps.
