Problem with music or sound processing!!??

Initially I was facing this problem with my music app. The problem is that: when I play a song its volume is considerably lower than usual volume level (I tested by maximizing the volume, but it is still lower than usual). If I scroll along the progress bar for forwarding few seconds, the volume reaches its usual level. But if I go to next song the volume drops again. The pattern remains unless I restart the phone. I thought this was a problem of music app. But yesterday I experienced the problem when I was using my YouTube app. So is there something wrong with sound processing??!! I faced this problem with previous iOS 8 versions also.
