Two Different Emails, Cannot Login and Apple Won't send Password Reset Email

I have two emails— my original one for iTunes and then registered another when I got my iPad not knowing that I could not merge them.

I cannot login to my iTunes account and Apple won't send the email to reset the password. Ive checked every box including spam, I sent the email multiple times but have never received it.

After enter my password wrong multiple times it said that my account was deactivated.

Any ideas?

If you have a rescue email address on the account then you've checked the inbox and spam folder on that email account as well, and you should also be able to reset the password by answering the account's security questions on http://iforgot.apple.com


If you can't remember your answers and don't have a rescue email address on it then contact Support in your country, after confirming your id and that it's your account they should be able to reset the password and security questions.

After resetting the password you might then need to log out of your account on your iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it.
