No audio in rented movies

I rented two movies this week and neither had audio. There was audio in the movie trailers, but none at all in the movies themselves. Apple gave me a refund and apologies for the first audio-deficient movie, and I have just asked for a second refund. My Apple TV (2nd gen) and iTunes both have the most recent software updates. Before this I've rented many movies through our 2nd and 3rd gen Apple TVs without a single problem until now. Apple needs to fix the missing movie audio. Have others had this same experience?
