Is it possible to install MAC OS 10.9.5 in AMD A8-6410, 4GB RAM through vmware or dual boot (windows 7 + Mac OS)?
If possible can I able to get desired driver for mac os in AMD processor.

It will not run on AMD processors nor are their appropriate drivers available. I don't know if it will run in emulation via VM Ware. You can dual boot Windows and OS X, but only on a Mac computer. OS X is written for Intel processors.
Read the license agreement for Mac OS X. You will find the Mac OS X requires you to run it on Apple hardware. Buy a mac mini for the lowest cost mac.
