There are 2 dead pixels on my iphone 6 plus. One is in the middle of the screen so it is very annoying sometimes. If i take it to an apple store, will they replace it?

You should visit an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Provider and let them have a look at the screen, only they can decide.
