No headphone sound, just static noise and alarm sound

Hi guys, I have an issue with my 2012 iMac

I'm running 10.8.5 OSx.

My headphone jack started acting really weird.

When I plug in my headphones in headphone jack I can hear static noise, as soon as I attempted to play anything: iTunes, Youtube or whatever, I can hear really loud alarm sound.

Any ideas?

FYI, built-in speakers are work just fine.

I ran Hardware test (no issues were found)

PRMA didn't help

iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2012), iOS 8, null
