Safari stops loading sites after latest Yosemite update

After the latest Yosemite update Safari stops working after a while. When I start the computer, I can use Safari just fine. After a while it does not load sites. I have tried disabling extensions and all that, but that does not help. I have also tried to install a combo file from apple but this was rejected. I have the newest generation iMac. Does anybody know what to do?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.0.2

Go step by step by step and test.

1. Power off the router. Unplug it from the wall. Wait a while.

Plug it back to the wall. Power the router on. Wait until all the lights are lit properly. It will take a while.

Restart the computer.

Start up in Safe Mode.

I have similar problems, I use latest OS X and Safari. Safari hangs and does not load or is real slow loading websites. I turn off my WI FI and turn it back on and the page loads right up....for a while. Then I have to turn off and on Wi Fi again. This does not happen when using Google Chrome browser. I also have a complete automatic reboot of my Mac Book Pro when a web site has a large, looping video on the website. Maybe it is a GIF? I don't know enough about it all to say. PayPal home page does it as other websites.
