Refurb Macbook Air?

Hello.

I'm interested in buying a Macbook Air. I usually buy refurb products because they are cheaper and just as good. I live in China at the moment. Is there a way I can purchase an Macbook Air (refurb) and get it delivered to China without paying lots and lots of import tax? ( I.E get it delivered from China)?
