Apple TV won't connect to iTunes store

I just reconnected my apple TV after moving house. I have plugged it in correctly, have connected to the Wifi and despite this, it won't connect. I've restarted, I've ensured updated software, I've tried restarting the internet, I've checked my region is correct. It still won't work. The only applications I have access to are Settings and Computers. Help!
