Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
This started after been at the Apple store for a battery replacement. Anyone know why?! I have removed lots of things off my phone. But i don't know why this started as there was nothing else added onto the phone after i had a new battery put in.

Then please start the backup manually and keep an eye on it. If it doesn't back up next time, I would recommend deleting the iCloud account for a moment and then setting it up again.

just go to Settings > iCloud and then scroll down and press "Sign Out".

iCloud has not backed up for 27 weeks.
