Where is my MacBook Air's IP address found?

I would like to use iTunes Connect to sync my Blackberry with my MacBook Air, and need to know my Mac's IP address, not my internet IP address. Please let me know where to find the Mac's IP address.

Thank you!

MacBook Air, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

You can also use Applications -> Utilities -> Terminal -> ifconfig | grep inet

inet6 ::1 prefixlen 128

inet 127.0.0.1 netmask 0xff000000

inet6 fe80::1%lo0 prefixlen 64 scopeid 0x1

inet6 fe80::6aa8:6dff:fe2d:5cd4%en1 prefixlen 64 scopeid 0x5

inet 10.0.0.176 netmask 0xffffff00 broadcast 10.0.0.255 <<<<<------ the 10.0.0.176 is my IP address in this example
