I am sure all of you have faced this issue, while you create an apple id and provide a VISA card 60 Rs was charged without any app i purchased
I thought initially that this money will be refunded and it was charged just to check if my card but it has been 15 days now i still havent received a refund
Did anyone face the same issue and how can we sort it out?

I checked my bank statement once again but i still find that it was charged. Not blocked

Hi,
I just spoke to them, they say they need a confirmation from iTunes store that this amount should be refunded
i have also raised a case with iTunes but the problem is that i havent got any response its been more that 72 hours
