Screen "flickers" when using Safari's browser (only)?

Does anyone else's screen "flicker" when using Safari's browser (only)? Usually occurs in advertisements...

I am wondering is it my Mac Pro (2014) or is it the browser?

This does not occur using any other browser or application.

Curious!!

From the Safari menu bar, select

Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Extensions

Turn all extensions OFF and test. If the problem is resolved, turn extensions back ON and then disable them one or a few at a time until you find the culprit.
