iPad 2 (iOS 8.1.3) not working with Behringer iStudio iS202.

I just bought a new Behringer iStudio iS202 to use with my iPad 2 (iOS 8.1.3). When i try to connect the iPad via 30-pin connection it won't even charge. I'm pretty sure that the dock of my iPad is working fine since I charge it and sync it with my pc everyday. I tested the iStudio with other Apple products (iPad 3 with iOS 5.1.1 and iPod Touch 4th gen with iOS 6.1) and it worked just fine, but then i tested it with my iPhone 4S (iOS 8.1.2) and it didn't work. I think the problem may be be a compatibility issue with iOS 8.x.x but I've seen people using their iStudio with iOS 8.x.x products.

Can someone explain to me what's the actual thing going on here? Any solution? Thanks!
