Typically they do. In DC metro area they do.

If I ask Siri if Arlington schools closed today (they are) I get tappable link to an Arington country webpage of closing, delays and cancellations which includes Arlington county schools.

To get Siri to speak the answer Apple has to program Siri to do so.
