Crossed circle on boot

Hello.

Today I was using my MacBook Pro mid 2010 and it asked me for an update. I clicked "try after one hour" and some time later I stopped using Mac. As always display went black but it was still on - it was on power cord. Suddenly it showed Apple logo and loading bar. Then it displayed a crossed circle and nothing happens. I tried to recover (cmd R) after restart but it tries to load the OS and fails every time as described.

My Mac has new SSD from Crucial and newest Mac OS X.

Does anybody body know how to fix that?

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2010), Mac OS X (10.7.4)

Do you get the following menu when you invoke COMMAND + R:

User uploaded file

If so, select Disk Utility and run Disk Utility>First Aid, Verify and Repair.

Ciao.
