Bigger space issue (BCA & Disk Utility)

I'm still having this space problem with BCA and Disk Utility. In Disk Utility it says I have 45 gigabytes left. And when I delete something I reopen Disk Utility,and it says my hard disk has 44 gigabytes. And the issue with BCA is that I can only use 40 gigabytes. I tried Disk Warrior, repairing and verifying (Disk Utility), backing up and installing OS X again. Do I have any options?
